Travelers here you will find details of cancellations, insurance and liabilities pertaining to trips that you book with us. We appreciate you to be fully informed of our Terms and Conditions before you plan your trip. Once confirmed, we will assume that you abide by our Terms and Conditions.

Tour Cancellation Policy

The tour cancellation policy is as follow:

45 days and more – 100% refund of trip cost

30-44days – 75% refund of trip cost

20-29 days – 50% refund of trip cost

15-19 days – 30% refund to trip cost

0-14 days – 100%cancellation fee

Note – Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday,

Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday). Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working day and The client should bear any bank charges or fees incurred while transferring the refund amount

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund

Flight Cancellation Policy

The flight cancellation policy is as follow:

30 days+ – 90% refund of ticket cost

10-29 days – 75% refund of ticket cost

04-09 days – 50% refund of ticket cost

00-03 days – 100% cancellation fee

Tour prices do not include international airfare or domestic airfare . When we arrange flights for you, we acts only as a sales agent for the particular airline and you will be governed by their terms and conditions. GREEN HEART BHUTAN will not be responsible for changes in airfare, itineraries or flight times.

Note: No refund permitted for rescheduled ticket. Fee applicable for date change. Each luxury hotel and airline has their own cancellation policy different from Green Heart Bhutan . Please check with us if you have any questions on particular hotel/airline and their refund policy.

Travel documents

The client must be in possession of passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure from Bhutan. While Bhutan visa and permits will be taken care by Green Heart Bhutan you are entirely responsible for securing visas and permits for other countries that you may require to travel before or after Bhutan. We are not liable for any expenses or costs arising from any client being prohibited from entering any countries due to direct result of the client’s failure to secure proper travel documentation.

Travel Insurance

All visitors are encouraged to insure themselves for their tour to Bhutan. Bhutan Travelers does not provide insurance coverage for your trip and hence it is not included in our tour cost. Travel insurance should be obtained from your country of residence before the commencement of your trip. You may also wish to insure your travel against delays due to weather conditions.

Limitation of Liability

During your participation in our trips, certain risks may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the dangers of traveling in undeveloped areas, travel by automobile, aircraft, or riding on horse; forces of nature, political unrest; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. While measures for safety and comfort will be taken, we are not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control.

Gratitude

Gratuities for your tour guide, driver and trekking crew are not included in the trip cost and are discretionary.
