1. A Sustainable Development Fee $100 per person Per night goes to Government of Bhutan. This SDF goes towards Free Education, Free Healthcare, Poverty Alleviation, along with the building Infrastructure, 2.2% Government Tax Per person per.

Green Heart Tours and Travel Agent is an established and trademarked company registered with the Department of Tourism Council of Bhutan under License no 1041006 since 2017. We accept all bookings under the following terms and conditions.

To visit Bhutan , you will need

1. Passport – You must carry a valid passport of 6 months from your departure date. Its needs 2-3 blank pages and you have to obtained all of the appropriate visas, permits, and certificates for the countries in which you will visit before or after your Bhutan trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas, permits, and certificates for your trip.
2. Passport Photo – A recent digital passport size photograph .

Travelers who are under the age of 18 years old (minor) on the departure date must be accompanied by elders or guardians throughout the trip. Each adult on a booking with any minor client is jointly and severally responsible for the behavior and wellbeing of all minor client(s) on such booking, and expressly accepts these terms on their behalf, including all assumptions of risk and limitations of liability contained herein .

Payment can be made through bank Wire Transfer or Secure Online Payment system using all major credit cards. Our Green Heart Package (SDF +VISA & GHB PACKAGE) can be made 30 days prior to your arrival.

NOTE:
For Wire Transfer – Kindly add extra $20 per transaction to avoid discrepancies.
For Credit Card Payment – 4.99% Transaction Fee is applicable.

1. Our GHB package includes only 3-star hotels, (4- and 5-star hotel may require an additional premium & require a higher deposit at the time of booking, which will be advised prior to the confirmation of such booking.)
2. Air ticket – If you have not purchased the tickets we can do for you but you will be governed by Airline terms and conditions. Green Heart Bhutan is not responsible for any changes in airfare, itineraries or flight timing.

• Our GHB Package 100% on the total tour cost will be levied for any tour cancelled. (Please note at this time necessary arrangements like Guide, Driver, Fooding, other logistic arrangement & Hotels would be already BOOKED & PAID at this time, where the company will be subject to cancelation charges for everything.
• Sustainable Development Fee Refund.
  If your trip is cancelled or cut short, you can request for refund for SDF.
  1. SDF refund is done through online Portal.
  2. Timing – Refunds are typically only processed after the visitor has officially exited the kingdom to confirm the travel was indeed shortened or cancelled .
  3. Deduction – Any bank charges or processing fees incurred during transaction will be deducted from the total reimbursed amount.
  4. SDF Refund processing fee is $30.

  Note: Once Bhutan visa is applied, no refund will be made.

• Each Luxury Hotel and Airline has their own cancellation policy. Please check with us if you have any questions on particular hotel/airline and their refund policy.

The client agrees to bear any bank charges or fees incurred while transferring the refund amounts.

Please be noted that we may sometimes make changes in the regular itineraries due to different conditions that is beyond our control. Do not take any responsibility for changes made due to any natural calamities, war or changes due to political or social condition of the country. Green Heart Tours and Travel Agent reserves right to adjust prearranged schedules if required.

We do not take responsibility for any possible injury or death while travelers are engaged in activities facilitated by our company. Travelers are strongly advised to buy the necessary insurance policy and get medical advises before starting your trips. Travelers are advised to abide by rules and regulations and follow the instructions of guides and leaders during the expeditions.

We are under no obligation to refund the deposits or charges if in case the customer has to cancel his trip in the middle of the trip. The company reserves right to forfeit the deposits and payments made for the trips no matter at what point of time the trip is cancelled during the tour.

All visitors are encouraged to insure themselves for their tour to Bhutan. Bhutan Travelers does not provide insurance coverage for your trip and hence it is not included in our tour cost. Travel insurance should be obtained from your country of residence before the commencement of your trip. You may also wish to insure your travel against delays due to weather conditions.
